Coca cola scholarship – An honor for the winner

There are two types of coca cola scholarship programs – 2-years colleges scholarship program and scholars programs for high school seniors. The eligibility criteria for each of these programs are different and to apply for any of them, you have to fulfill all of them.

Eligibility for 2-years colleges scholarship program

  • The students must be a U.S citizen or permanent resident of United States.
  • Must posses minimum of 2.5 GPA
  • The applicant must have offered at least 100 hours of community service during the last 12 months.
  • The applicant must be enrolled with at least 2 courses.

The scholarship award is given to 350 qualified students who are free to get registered any accredited two-year institution. The winner can attend any institution anywhere in the country. The award money is $1,000 and is given to the winners to pay their tuition fees and meet their educational expenses.

Eligibility and requirements for scholars programs for high school seniors

This coca cola scholarship program can be applied if you are

  • A high school senior in any school that is in United States
  • Must submit the application form in the period of September to October in the year you are a high school senior
  • Should not be a high school graduate at the time of applying
  • Must have acquired 3.0 GPA in high school junior year
  • Must be committed to complete college education in an accredited U.S college

This is an honor for students as the winners are selected on the basis of academic performance. The students can apply for the scholarship program within the period of September 1 to October 31 of the high school senior year. The application process is online and you can apply for the scholarship program through internet only.

The coca cola scholarship has been helping students financially for more than 20 years. The scholarship program is administered by the Coca Cola Scholars Foundation. The selection process is quite extensive and students go through few stages as first the semi-finalists are chosen and then finalists are notified who further have to undergo interviews.
